What's your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if needs be.  Please send us a message HERE if you need to cancel your order.  Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. Contact us HERE for any issues you may have.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one, or refund your money.
