Our Story

Our mission at 1923 Trading Co. is to create quality goods that reflect and embrace an endless summer way of life. We started our wood shop in 2018 with the 1923 Trading Co., making and selling hand crafted wood prints of old Florida maps and nature photography. We make the prints in small batches in our shop in Cape Coral Florida, and sell them at local markets and shops around south Florida.

Years of making prints and involving ourselves at art markets, we decided to expand our shop to offer one-of-a-kind sunglasses that our collectors would love just as much as our wood prints. In 2020 we expanded with Low Tides, the sunglass line inspired by the 1923 Trading Co. wood shop. We strive to offer stylish, high-quality sunglasses, while maintaining a high level of customer service and commitment to our collectors.
