Sunglasses Replacement Protection

All sunglasses include a one-time replacement benefit valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
This protection covers loss, theft, or accidental damage.

Replacement terms:
 • Valid for one replacement per original purchase
 • Replacement will be the same model when available or a comparable item
 • Customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs
 • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not renew after replacement

All Sales Final

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

Delivery Responsibility

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
Customers must work directly with the carrier regarding delivery concerns.
